I think you should get at least an extra gigabyte of RAM, and maybe you should consider saving up a little more for a better GPU. Just my thoughts. Other than that it's cool, even though it [I]seems[/I] to be a little expensive.
Wow, you can get so much better for less.
Also if you want to save some money you can remove the sound card from the list. It's not really needed unless you're a real music enthusiast or specifically are going to use the capability of a 7.1 sound card. Get at least an i5, GTX 260 (or radeon 4870), 4gb of RAM, Caviar Black, and you don't need the sound card.

Get an i5 and a 5850.
