So I am thinking of buying a new monitor because my current one broke. I was thinking about getting a HP 2009m but want a second opinion of whether there are better alternatives for the same price. I would also appreciate that those who have one post their thoughts on it.
Budget?
In the 150 area.

Also something you could try is just go to a recycling place pick up some massive old crt and force the resolution higher. I have a crt that does 1920 by 1440 easily.
How do you force it to have a higher res, i thought it only goes as high as it can go?

wow im going to look into that Thats sick But if i pump it to high would it implode?
wow im going to look into that Thats sick But if i pump it to high would it implode?
No. But just for an example I had a monitor that supported 1600 by 1200 and I forced it to 2535 by like 1553 or something. The only problem was that it was soooo tiny.
lol everything would have looked amazing. So is that possible with some LCDs? I have some CRTS lying around though..
