• HDMI connection kinda fails

So my dad finally bought an HDMI cable (and a wireless router xD) and we tested it. We first connected it with my mom's 2-year-old computer. It worked fine and HD movies ran smoothly. Now when we plugged into my dad's comp, it lagged like hell. It was running at 0.25 fps (1 frame per 4 seconds) with sound. So we tried it with a RGB (blue) cable and plugged a 3.5 mm audio jack to it and it didn't lag very much. I mean it still looked a bit choppy but it wasn't that bad. So therefore, I'm guessing that my dad's graphics card is the problem with the choppy video through HDMI. So I'm concluding that the graphics card sucks too much to handle sending video/audio data through the HDMI cable. We played a 240p movie and it still lagged. General usage of the computer like moving the mouse around was fine. We used KMPlayer for the testing. Then we used WMP. I mean, my mom's laptop handled it fine. Also, the HDMI cable is fine. PC Specs: i5 @ 2.8 GHz 4GB RAM ASUS GeForce 210 w/ 512MB Video RAM (a.k.a. a 50 dollar graphics card)
Update your graphics card and chipset drivers.
