Honestly Worms:Armageddon didn't have any of these problems before. One might say it was infinitely more stable than Worms:Reloaded is.
Team17 has literally regressed.

That's always been a problem in Worms, not just Reloaded.
It wouldn't be hard for them to add a degree of randomness to the AI's grenade throwing.

How would you know? Maybe he's angry that they still haven't been able to make an AI that doesn't super-ricochet grenades.
