Okay so I've been assigned the task of building a small catapult that can fire a small plastic block. The materials we've been given are: 10 lollipop sticks a decent amount of blutac a roll of cello-tape a pair of scissors Several different elastic bands of varying length and thickness. 2 pieces of A4 paper I was wondering anyone knew a good way to build small catapults in general, that might fit to these materials. The aim of the catapult iss to launch the plastic cube as far as possible. Hearts for help

A good way to get power would be to use the elastic band to try and pull down the swing arm as strongly as possible, but keep it wedged up with a stick. Pull the stick out and let the elastic band smash the arm down and fling
