(CBS4) – A Tennessee newspaper ran a headline that may shock Broncos fans: “Peyton Manning Arrested.” But they can breathe a little easier because this Peyton Manning is not the five-time NFL MVP … she’s an 18-year-old woman who shares a name with the Broncos QB. The woman named Peyton Manning was arrested on drug charges. Manning, along with a friend, Kenneth Sowards, 18, were arrested during an overnight traffic stop. Police pulled Manning over because she was driving with her high beams on, according to the police report obtained by The Tennessean.
http://denver.cbslocal.com/2014/05/19/newspapers-peyton-manning-arrested-headline-not-what-you-think/ woops
Drug charges. High beams. Sounds like profiling to me!
... what. Driving with high beams is illegal if theres traffic.
man Peytons really let himself go since February
I'm not going to lie, I snickered a little when I read "Driving with her high beams on". Seriously, I need help....
If I hadn't already known this happened, and I seen it was in Tennessee I might be a little worried. He went to college at the University of Tennesee, pretty sure he still has a house there too. Also, no heart attack here
I thought he might have got arrested while driving for failure to yield, but then I remembered the Super Bowl.
... what. Driving with high beams is illegal if theres traffic.
It's a joke, son. Driving with your high beams on against incoming traffic is of course a bad thing.
2/10 not in Omaha would not read again.
