I bought a new 9800 GTX+ PCI express to replace my old 7600. I put in the video card, start up my computer, I get to the windows loading screen, then my screen says "No signal"... The fan and lights on the card itself starts working when I turn it on, so I don't think it's the lack of power from the PSU.
My brother suggested to delete the old drivers, how would I go about deleting those drivers?

God damn it I misspelled working.
Did you connect the graphics card Plug-in to the back of your PC?
What wattage is your PSU?
I fixed it... and my wattage is at least 450. I found a program to delete my drivers, etc.
yeah... you really need to uninstall the old drivers first.
