I'm about $100 over my budget as-is and I'm stretching this, so I just need to know if this is all compatible.

Yeah, it's all compatible, but I'd get a Corsair PSU over that Rosewill one.

Like I said, I'm stretching the budget as-is, so that combo deal is essential.
But it is essential that you do not get a Rosewill PSU.
Change some parts, or the whole the system if you have to.
For example Corsair Dominator is overpriced can could be changed.
But it is essential that you do not get a Rosewill PSU.
Really, don't.
It's not essential, purely recommended.
It is essential if you give a shit about what goes into your computer.
Also, get this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042&cm_re=antec_300-_-11-129-042-_-Product
Rosewill one is tacky.
Rosewill one is fine, I have one and it works great, and I know many other people who have one too.
Works great.. in other words it hasn't given you any problems - yet.
Rosewills are fine for low- low-mid range systems.

That's stupid. All PSU's are subject to breaking. Some just last longer than others. If it lasts longer than I use the computer, it is good.

Some last longer than others because they are higher quality.
That PSU has 82-85% efficiency, just like all these brands you guys fap to.
Active PFC, +12V @ 54A, OV protection, and all that beautiful shit you get from a Corsair, PC P&C, OCZ, Seasonic, Antec, etc.

If you think those are the only things that matter then you have no place recommending any PSU to anyone.
and all that beautiful shit
Implies there is more :downs:
Oh yeah? What are they? :downs:
I don't know, nice input frequency/current/voltage, more power connectors than you will ever need, SLI/Crossfire certified, CE/FCC/UL/cUL approved, them nice Japanese capacitors, weighs over two pounds (aka not empty like cheap power supplies tend to be), 100,000 hour mtbf (same as every Corsair, OCZ, PC P&C, etc. ever made), +3.3v and +5v @ 24a, has a halfway decent fan, runs reasonably cool (40C is pretty reasonable considering the thing could kill you if you put it in your mouth).
Oh and fyi, Rosewill is a rebrander, not a manufacturer. That particular PSU is a rebranded OCZ.
[editline]09:40PM[/editline]
Oh wait, that's not one of your three acceptable brands anyway. :downs:
Most PSU companies, including OCZ, don't make their own PSUs. OCZ is an acceptable brand.

Same with Rosewill, bud. From all different OEM's. Just find one with good specs and good reviews and you're likely to be very happy with your purchase.

changed your mind then?
CoolerMaster PSUs are mediocre.
So are OCZ ones.
Mediocre | Acceptable
What's the difference?
http://www.google.com/search?q=define%3A+mediocre
moderate to inferior in quality
http://www.google.com/search?q=define%3A+acceptable
worthy of acceptance
The difference is that mediocre is anything between Logisys and Raidmax, while acceptable is anywhere between Rosewill and PC Power & Cooling.
