• SATA cord vs. SATA II?

I bought a SSD (this one, I got it for under a hundred during a sale) it says that the interface type is SATA II and I wanted to know if I can use a SATA cord that came with another hard drive for this one. Stupid question I know, but I couldn't find a thread more recent than 2006 that had this question.
SATA works with SATA 2 according to google.
SATA works with SATA 2 according to google.
I read that, but what I want to know is whether a SATA II device will work with a standard SATA cable.
I think it will, but i am not sure, might want to wait for someone who does know.

How do you tell apart a SATA cable from SATA II cable anyway? You don't, those cables should work for both SATA and SATA II devices
SATA and SATA2 cables are exactly the same.
SATA and SATA2 cables are exactly the same.
Yep, I'm using a standard SATA cable with a SATA2 HDD.
Cables are the same everything else is just made to be faster.
