Sunday morning, I woke up with a minor tingling sensation in my throat, and it was pretty annoying for the day. By mid-afternoon my throat had become irritated, and quite sore. I told my mom that I was obviously coming down with something, so I wouldn't be able to go to school on monday. As the day progressed, I slowly became sicker, and sicker. My nose clogged up, and my throat began to hurt at an equivalent to strep throat or something of that sort. Sunday night I had a restless sleep, waking up every four hours which was pretty bad. By morning, I felt like utter and complete shit. I had muscle weakness, extreme fatigue, complete nasal blockage, a fever of 101.5, and my throat was on fucking fire.
So later that day, I went to the clinic and was tested for strep throat and both types of influenza, including the subdivision of influenza a we all love to call swine flu. Both the influenza test and the strep throat test came back negative, which left me in a "lolwut" state of mind because I had no idea what was going on. Monday night came, and I had another restless night where I woke up three times. Today my symptoms haven't changed a bit, except the fever has gone down, and my neck-area nymph lodes are swollen and tender.
So in conclusion my symptoms consist of; Sore throat, sinus blockage, nausea, and a low grade fever. I've tried vapor rub on my chest, nasal irrigation, benedryl, hot tea, and inhaling steam from boiling water. What do you think is the proper diagnosis for this awful ailment is?

sounds like swollen/infected lymph nodes
specifically your adenoids, or neck ones. your ears may become plugged due to the sinus infection.

My adenoids are snipped, but I do feel pressure in my ears.
Yes flushing your nose with salt water is a sinus treatment for those of you not medically literate.
