The dev is/was 16? Holy shit good for him
I guess being a free minecraft + dayz ripoff that's actually not shit would get a lot of people playing it.
Shit the dev is younger than I am
I bet that will look great on his resume.

I want to know how many bought the $5 upgrade, this guy must be rich af edit: There are 4000 reviews so atleast 20,000 bucks and more.

Don't forget he also has keys people can buy so he makes some money from that too.
The game was pretty fun for a bit. Pretty incredible it was made by a 16 year old though.
I'm curious, did he use that premade unity starter pack? (No shame on him if he did, he still put an incredible amount of work into it)
I'm curious, did he use that premade unity starter pack? (No shame on him if he did, he still put an incredible amount of work into it)
it's made in roblox not unity
it's made in roblox not unity
he started in roblox (unturned 1) it's in unity now (unturned 2 and 3)
Hes set for life just for the fact that this makes an outstanding portfolio piece. Then you factor the money hes getting from it as well Its also hilarous that a kid at 16 is more responsible then most of the early access devs these days
I bet that will look great on his resume.
Implying he'll need a resume  EDIT: Just noticed it said downloads not dollars, so yeah he'll probably need a resume
For what it is and offers, Unturned is decent game. It practically covers all the basics of a zombie survival game. Other than the fact that there is a free version, I think its simplicity has helped it a lot. I still load it up once in awhile for a few sessions.

It doesn't try to bog it down in unnecessary and excessive survival elements. "Ohh, you need to sleep, eat, shit, masturbate, shower, brush your teeth, and scrape skin flakes off, while avoiding poisoned food, rusty nails, fart clouds, tinnitus, and SIDS. Your weapons and tools will last exactly one and a half uses between all of them."
the actual gunplay itself also feels really solid
