The George Zimmerman fight is canceled I'm sorry for anyone I hurt with this but this was a very big opportunity thank you — Damon Feldman (@hollywoodbox11) February 8, 2014 I want to thank everyone for the good n bad comments I've made the choice to cancel the fight w George Zimmermann more to life then money — Damon Feldman (@hollywoodbox11) February 8, 2014 It was my decision to cancel the george zimmerman fight it was worth a lot of money to me but people's feelings meant more to me — Damon Feldman (@hollywoodbox11) February 8, 2014 I walked away from av million dollar payday with this fight but to be honest I'd rather be happy and make people happy thank you — Damon Feldman (@hollywoodbox11) February 8, 2014 Feldman’s decision comes after the fight was roundly criticized for exploiting the death of Trayvon Martin, who Zimmerman shot and killed in February 2012 and would have turned 19 years old this past Wednesday. I thought this was for charity, so why is this guy talking about walking away from millions
damn... I really wanted to see this.
well, although i wanted to see DMX fight him, yeah this is a good point it was pretty exploitative. although how this guy couldn't see that in the first place makes me think maybe this was just a popularity stunt or something, i mean obviously it was on zimmermans part but maybe this guy too
Probably for the best since DMX would've killed him with that crackhead strength.
Kind of a bummer as it was for charity, but it was definitely exploitation. Regardless of the controversy, I don't like that Zimmerman has become something of a celebrity. I think we should just let the whole thing die.

I guess you can simmer the Zimmer.
I thought this was for charity, so why is this guy talking about walking away from millions
Zimmerman was going to give his winnings, if he had won to charity. The event planer had no such plans iirc.
I thought this was for charity, so why is this guy talking about walking away from millions
Because beating someone is good for charity.

IT WAS NEVER FOR CHARITY :30
it would be fucking idiocracy [editline]9th February 2014[/editline] like the movie
X didn't deliver to him :(
X always delivers
while i wouldve loved to see X deliver it to him, zimmerman using his infamy for good, or bad, isnt something i want to happen
good, nothing good would have came out of this
Probably for the best since DMX would've killed him with that crackhead strength.
Possibly jeopardizing the charity event, but the exaggeration was obvious I suppose
I really wanted to see this. It would've been one step forward towards being able to watch live fights to the death on TV.
Feel sorry for DMX, mans got a lot of issues
