And in the end, Garry saw none but three cents of it, because it was the only volume of money Valve wouldn't touch.
I imagine garry standing on the street corner shaking a cup with a sign reading "will break updates for food".
$22 million.
He deserves it for making such a good modification.
apart from giving it to the taxman. :v:
$22 million...
For a mod that sucks...
Pfff, JB mod would get soo much more money :v:
New PC game? Sounds interesting?
Is Garry finally picking Facewound back up?

It's only been 7 years now Garry, the fans are waiting
I never understood the recent boom in Garry's Mod.
Feels like it's been filling up with idiot ADD 12 year olds. It's becoming like minecraft.
The community wouldn't be a problem in JB Mod...

The big Youtube Lets Players are doing videos about TTT, this has caused their fanbase, and the wanna be LPers to buy the game.
Yeah, I definitely noticed that the Garry's Mod community has been getting a whole lot worse after that, and it's almost impossible to play a match of TTT nowadays.

Most Sandbox/Construction servers that I join are seemingly filled with players who like to kill others via weapons and props.

It's Rust, a multiplayer zombie-survival Unity based game (somewhat comparable to DayZ, it's an open-world large map with PvP and zombies of course, no hunger/thirst yet). What sets it apart from other multiplayer zombie games is a nifty crafting system.

Rust is just an experiment to garry, it's not what he was talking about.
So, 2,2 million sales? I never knew GMod was that popular
