Go play this game if you haven't already, whether you're new in the Civilization series or you want to have a good time cruncher. You will not regret it.
I was thinking literally yesterday about getting V but I was waiting for a sale.
I used to love Civ3, played about 10 mins of Civ5 but never got into it. Dont really know why
Played a lot of Civilization II back in PlayStation times, I have Civilization III on Steam, slowly playing it. Should I get this one? Or go with Civilization IV first?
I have only played Civ 3 and 5 but I heard 4 is really good, but so is 5
I've sunk I think 400 hours into IV, I've heard it's better than V from most people but I donno.
I've sunk I think 400 hours into IV, I've heard it's better than V from most people but I donno.
iirc, most don't like it's hexagonal movement system in place of the square movement
5 doesn't allow unit stacking which was one of the gayest things about civ 4
I haven't played any of the previous Civ games, but I picked this up not knowing if I'd like it or not and I ended up absolutely loving it. G&K is totally worth it too.
G&K improves an already amazing game tenfold.
Even through all this I'm just gonna wait for a sale. 50 bucks is a bit too steep for me right now.
Once I get a PC or laptop that can run this damn thing, I'll be happy to pick it up. I remember playing the demo a long time ago and having a blast with it.
Don't trust Ghandhi.
Too addictive and time consuming. 0/10 would not waste the entire day again.
I like it, but I can't find a fix for it's constant crashing.
