Hi there Facepunch, haven't been here in a while. So, I'm currently building a computer for my friend as a Christmas present, and I am only tech-savvy in the programming aspect, I'm pretty shit with hardware. So the budget is $400. I need the computer to be gaming oriented, cheap but effective. He plans to play games like WoW, and Counter-Strike. You know, games that aren't demanding on the parts. I'm in the US, and he is going to want XP on his computer.
Does he aleady have XP?

Cool, thank you.
A 4860  what the hell.
Actually, I did some research, found out its a card that was only in China. It's pretty much a 4870 that had been modified lesser. If you really want a card thats within 400 then get a 4850, it does about the same to better performance. Basically, its the retarded child coming from a 4870 and a 4850. Worse part is that its not fully supported by ATI drivers themselves. So for Gods sake, don't get the card x.x

Might as well save an extra $20 for a 5750 if you're gonna spend $130 on a GPU.
