How can I add more than one "shut down" button in Windows 7?

I upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows XP some year ago, in Windows XP when you clicked the "shut down" button, you got a screen asking you if you wanted to Restart, Shut down or go into Hibernation mode.
In Windows 7, it just shuts down, the only way to not make it shut down is to press the small arrow next to the shut down button, when trying to click the small arrow next to the shutdown button I easily misclick and accidentally hit shut down.
So I wonder if there's any way to get back the old Windows XP-style shutdown box?
Or at least something like this:

Right click the SHUT DOWN button
Hit properties, in the drop down you can change it to what ever you want.

I know that you can do that, but the thing is that I shut down the computer and put in sleep mode equally much so only having one of them is not an option.
No, change the default option.

Thanks for reading the thread before replying.
Just for you I booted up my Win7 VM to confirm my theory.
To get what you want all you have to is click on the little arrow next to shut down.
Not exactly what you wanted but close enough...on the upside you don't have to wait for the screen to fade and the menu to pop up :downs:

They removed it after Vista. So you can't anymore. You'll just have to use the split button.

I'd think if you were really fucking determined there'd be a way to hack it or something
But I have no effen idea where to even begin
Click on the desktop and hit alt-f4 to get an XP style shutdown dialogue. Other than that I can't help you, beyond getting one of those shitty start menu replacements.

Is there any other way to trigger that shutdown dialog?
If it is as simple as making a shortcut to a program, it would be really useful for me.
You don't need to click the arrow, just hold the mouse over it for some seconds. That way you can't misclick.
