pretty much the stuff you would expect to pay extra for in a special edition of the actual game
cannot wait for it though, I've been hyped as fuck since the first trailer
They should have stayed with the earthquake concept.
The PS3 version isn't being released tomorrow? What the hell man, I was willing to buy it as soon as it launched.

Good thing that it still doesn't happen in NYC then, right ?

I don't recall them saying it was just an earthquake, even in the first version of the game (that no one saw and that was never made because all the money was blown out in a non-gameplay CGI trailer that didn't actually present the game).
Now where's my office guy??

I'd say between your complaints about Half Life 2 being better during Beta and Starcraft: Ghost being canceled
IGN gave it 4.5

I expected this, the Earthquake in Chicago concept sounds much better than the run-of-the-mill "earth destroys itself" plot line.
edit: oh and it apparently uses the Splinter Cell Conviction engine. yaaay sneaking around killing people

I read the IGN review and it's basically "GUNS DONT PEW PEW ENOUGH 4/10"

The reviewer of that game is one of those dumb dumbs that think PC Gaming is really expensive and somehow a Valve Steam-box would make it "affordable" :v:
Everyone else is saying its actually pretty good and that it really sucks you in.
Personally I like the look of it, however disappointed I am that they dropped the original idea (being that you play as a random survivor of multiple disasters, i.e. earthquake, typhoon, volcano eruption etc.)

It's greg miller, what do you expect.

They did. Well, earthquakes happening frequently.

One reviewer said he hated how frustrating the first two hours are, but then you get sucked in for another 6.
Game was fun, ending was terrible though.
It looked good when it was first teased and showed the office guy before he became a one-man army consisting of a Rambo-Chuck Norris hybrid. Is it still good even with the mechanics it has now?
The app also includes a photo-taking feature, which applies a visual filter that makes photos you take look like they've survived an apocalypse.
Seriously?
Seriously?
Nah it's just some cheap filter that applies worn-photo looking edges to the edges of the picture.
