360 controller de-syncs. Will still turn on 360 when I turn 360 off.

When I'm playing 360, my controller will randomly disconnect from the 360. It never turns off, however. When this happens, none of my other controllers can connect to the console either. This started happening after I had an Xbox One, but about a month later. They are situated right next to each other. I've heard that there could be interference etc., but completely removing the X1 does not change this fact.
If I wait a few hours or so, I can turn on my 360 with my controller, and it connects and plays normally. But after 20-30 minutes, it will disconnect and I can't get it to reconnect. Syncing does not fix this problem, as both the 360 and the controller do the quick flashes as if they've synced, but then the controller goes back to the slow searching flash, and the 360 stops flashing.
I've reason to believe this is either a problem with the console, or some other form of interference. But I can't think of anything that only fucks shit up after 20-30 minutes. Like what the fuck.
Help please
