Right. My school currently has cable, but allocates a certain amount of bandwidth for days, months and the year. So when you hit your daily amount, you're placed on the daily infraction list, rewarding you with dial up speeds till the next day. Same for months, and years. Me, being me, hit the yearly infraction pretty fast, considering I take my laptop to school and tunnel all of my applications through the school's HTTP proxy. The throttling is done externally, so using another proxy is out. However, I recently found out that upload rates are uncapped. Does anyone know of any ways I can spoof download as upload?

Nope, no way. They don't allow speedy traffic inside, they allow speedy traffic outside
that wont work, it would be watching packets coming down the tubes / going back up through them. the only way to do it would be to know the exact app / hardware they are using and use a hack to de-throttle your account.
Steal a teachers password and use that for the proxy (just watch carefully as they type it into their laptop in class). I'm guessing the teachers aren't limited?
