Hello.
I think that it is time for me to upgrade my graphics card and I need help on deciding which to purchase.
I currently have an Nvidia GeForce 9500GS which is getting dated and basically, is rubbish. I need help on what would be a better graphics card (preferably under £150) that I could replace it with. I was looking into the GeForce GTS 250 as it is relatively cheap and has got quite a few good reviews.
It needs:
-To have a HDMI socket on the back (sometimes connect to TV)
-Be in the price range (preferably under £150)
-Run current games such as COD6, GMOD, AVP3, Left 4 Dead, and Serious Sam HD at above average settings
-Run future games such as Crysis 2 at good if not average settings
I’m currently using a prebuilt MEDION desktop computer:
Quad core Q6600 2.4GHz processor
3 GB ram
32bit Windows Vista Premium
Nvidia GeForce 9500GS GPU
Monitor native resolution 1280 by 1024
I also do not have great knowledge with graphics cards (especially ATI cards, used Nvidia all my life), so please comment in simple language. :)
(I live in England).
Thanks for any help in advance.
Maybe 7 inches, it's not very lengthy compared to most cards.
It is longer than that. 9.5 inches.
I've had bad experience with OcUK. Maybe avoid ordering from there? Might just be me.
4890 is better than the 5770 just saying

4890>5770 = 4870 (give or take a few FPS in certain areas.)
