Error code 0xc0000225 , Tried everything and nothing worked

So a few weeks ago I've got a little sick of my computer for being super slow but that's my fault for installing so much stuff on there. Now last week I tried to turn it on again, it worked for a minute or so and then I've got an BSOD. I can't remember what it said and the log files are long gone now.
After that happened I was always getting the same error code 0xc0000225 and nothing else would happen. None of the other boot options did anything and just got back to the same error code with the same screen.
I've plugged the drive via USB into my laptop and saw that the second partition was working fine but the main one with windows on it wasn't working correctly. It worked in Ubuntu that I booted on my PC but on windows all I've got was "Access denied." While Ubuntu was still running I've backed everything important up and just formated and removed the partition when I was done with it. I also deleted that one partition that was around 300mb big.
Now I've put the Win8.1 iso on my USB drive and made my pc boot from that but somehow I'm still getting that error code. Even when both hard drives I have are not plugged it I'm getting that error.
I'm stuck and don't know what to do now. I've got like three different win8.1 isos here and none of them work. I even thought it didn't work because I was using an usb drive so I burned it on a DVD, nothing changed except that loading took longer.
It would be fantastic to see a way to fix this but right now I think I might as well throw the computer into the bin as it's completely broken or something.

Right now I'm booting a system recovery that I made from my laptop and hope that it works. If it doesn't I'm going to reset the BIOS and see if that helps. If that still didn't fix it I'm done.

Ok, Either switching the SATA port fixed the problem or resetting the CMOS did the job.
