As with any new software version, there have been bugs and with iOS 7′s dramatic departure from previous versions, there have been more this year than ever before. However, Apple seeds beta versions of its software for a reason – so that developers can ensure that their apps are functional before the final version of the software launches.
Nokia has quietly pulled out its Here Maps from Apple's iOS App Store.
Smart move.
I've never even heard of this app and I'm constantly browsing the app store looking for shit.
what recent changes? The privacy changes, what a load of shit
So their app didn't work on ios 7 and they didnt fix it? Google maps dominates this segment anyway. I mean it's got its fair share of problems but it typically gets me where I need to go.
"sorry we have to pull out of the Windows Phone market as it harms user experience as well"
The app was terrible anyway, they'll probably relaunch it after the MS aquisition and it's reworked.
That's rather silly, because judging by the screenshots the app's UI fits iOS 7 rather well .

It's pretty much too good to pass up if you don't already have a high end phone. Hard to complain about user experience when you get it on the cheap. Certainly beats buying an iPhone for $550 And it's sexy

It has great call quality. At that price, even if you don't use it as a phone, it can be a dedicated mp3 player and GPS unit. I would recommend it to anyone.

I haven't had a cell phone since high school and that was when Flip Phones were new

I've got a 520, it's absolutely amazing.
Nokia Lumia 810's great, too. HERE maps works pretty damn well, actually. It's what I use. A shame Google doesn't want anything to do with the platform. (See: YouTube app controversy)
I have a lumia 920 and it's by far my favorite phone out of the several dozen i've owned. Definitely the best looking. Only thing I wish, is that I could replace components myself.
