Angry Beavers will always be my favourite.
Courage. Hey Arnold had this very awesome jazz atmosphere to it most episodes, really loved it. and still do
I don't think I had a favorite, I'd watch as many of them as I could
Obvious for others but Spongebob. I'll still watch that shit because almost everything sucks on TV these days when there are reruns.

I gotta go with Rocko
That's a tough question. Probably Courage or All That. even though it's not really for children, Beavis and Butthead always caught my attention.

Uh... too many to choose from, so I'll just go with all of them (that I can remember off the top of my head). Freakazoid Ed, Edd 'n Eddy Ahh! Real Monsters Cat-Dog Rocket Power Hey Arnold Ren & Stimpy The Angry Beavers Inspector Gadget Spongebob Batman Animaniacs Tiny Toon Adventures Johnny Bravo Rocko's Modern Life (got a sick t-shirt of this, will post pic if want) Pinky & The Brain Courage The Cowardly Dog Sheep In The Big City (fuck yeah) Dexter's Laboratory Samurai Jack Dragonball/DBZ Anything and everything that was on Toonami (also, the Midnight Run) Beast Wars Rugrats The Wild Thornberrys ReBoot Salute Your Shorts Kenan & Kel The Powerpuff Girls (don't lie, you know you watched this) Invader Zim That's what I got so far. I'm obviously missing a ton so feel free to add on! Also, who else re-watched these shows to find how much sexual content was put into them? I.E. RML ep 1 lol.

it doesnt look like its aged well, but i loved it as a kid.
Rugrats, watched it on T.V. there the other day, and realised how good it actually was. Quite a lot of sexual innuendos as well.
I'd have to say Spongebob. I mean, there are a lot of shows I feel more nostalgic about more that I want to say was my favorite; but the truth is I don't ever remember turning off Spongebob to watch something else. The only other show that came close was Ed, Edd, and Eddy.
