I recently acquired 140 dollars and 10 cents. Anybody know any good steam games?

You've got some good stuff that you seem to have not touched yet. I recommend giving Hotline Miami, Bioshock 2, and Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee a shot. As for stuff you don't have, you should check out Dark Souls (if you have a controller), Undertale, Metro 2033 Redux, Mirror's Edge, Super Meat Boy, and Morrowind. Trying to keep it a bit cheap of course.

What genres do you like the most?
Since you seem to like TF2 and Overwatch, I reckon you like fast paced FPS shooters? In that case, I 200% recommend Wolfenstein The New Order and its expansion, The Old Blood. It takes something classic (Nazi killing, no-ADS classic FPS fast-paced action) and merges it with modern graphics, sound and art. It's very fast-paced and has some of the most satisfying gunplay I've ever experienced along with an awesome post-war Nazified world and even Nazified versions of 1960s songs. The difficulty in this game is also great as the higher the difficulty, the harder the enemies hit, but so do you, making gameplay much faster and more reliant on your reaction and aim, which is good in my book. Easily worth whatever price it is right now, let alone $10 when I bought it during a sale. If you don't mind something Early Access, then I also *kinda* recommend Killing Floor 2 as after some recent drama, the devs got their heads out of their asses and are pushing out some great content in a larger and faster scale than before. Gameplay-wise, it's a team-based co-op wave shooter with 9 classes (1 more in the works) with their own roles and weapons. As it's Early Access, it's a bit lacking in content, but the raw gameplay and especially the amount of gun porn and heavy metal makes it worth buying in my eyes. I also think you should wait a bit as there might be a chance of a sale for this game as they're preparing another update at the moment and the game usually goes on sale when it comes out.
Try Unreal Gold. It's an old game, but it has aged well. IMO it's on a par with HL.
