If you find a bomb in your garden you should probably not take it inside and wash it in your sink like a woman from Norfolk did.

Those fine women of Norfolk seem to tick a bit different...
Wow that woman must have balls of ste-... Oh wait.
Yeah, how dare she. Leaving the patina intact on these old finds makes it more valuable to collectors, she should have put it in a ziplock bag and had it appraised.
My grandfather and great grandfather found one of these on the outskirts of glasgow in the 50s, they were both engineers so naturally my grandmother came into the room to see them hitting it with a carpenters hammer in an effort to open it :pwn:
Remember to wash your bombs after you dig it up kids :)
You don't want dirty unexploded bombs in your collection duh!
she wanted to make sure it wasnt a
dirty bomb

Us Norfolk folk are wise ones we are.
Reminds me of when I was a kid, this old Granny next door found a nail bomb she took it home and used it to pot her plants obliviously. It was recently discarded in a wall and was missing it's charge so it was harmless.

haha
‘I heard a rattle in the kitchen and saw she was washing it in the blooming sink,’ he said.

‘You can imagine what I said to her,’ the 60-year-old added.
This couple sounds absolutely delightful. This scene sounds like it comes out of some slice of life british show.
