Got caught in a weird pose.
How many bicep curls should i do daily?
Aim for about 100 curls a day for life, don't train any other parts though or your precious proteins will all be going into other unnecessary muscles instead of into your biceps.
[editline]27th February 2013[/editline]
Make sure to use the arm curl machine to isolate the bicep lest you want to kill your gains by training other muscles.

Need to buy me a fuckin' Caliper, I want to know my bodyfat% more accurately than just guessing it with images since I have no clue what weight I want to be, down to 185 now but all I know is that I'm aiming for 10-12% but I don't even know what my current bf is.

I mean, that's fine and all but I'd still like to know a goal weight to know if I'm actually close or not instead of just ballpark figures by guessing in the mirror.
Welp time to go on a run for a warm-up/cardio workout and then LEG DAY then sport psychology homework

nah fuk dis stuff mayn sup guise
Okay I'm doing something wrong. My friend suggested I start doing romanian deadlifts for my back thighs, but for some reason I can't get it working and instead it starts jamming my lower back.
Still kind of a gym scrub, so I figured FP would know better.
Don't quote me on that.

Find the machine that works your lower back (the inverse for abs machine, it is just a bench), grab a 10kg plate and start doing 5 sets of 10 rep before each leg day.
Also, start stretching your back and hamstrings by staying straight, flexing to touch the point of your toes, then touch for the sky. Repeat this a couple of times to get the stretching done. DAILY.
Then, one day you'll have enough flexibility and lower back strength to actually do the Romanian Deadlifts without your back dying on you nor your hams transferring the job to the back.
Qeef getting banned for the dumbest of shit.

Aiite, so I need to get flexible and train my back first. Thanks for the advice. Now, in the meanwhile what can I do to train my back thighs? There's a back thigh curl machine type of thing at the gym that I could use, but I prefer using free weights. Any tips for those?
this, most of fp's rules are dumb as fuk

inb4 ban!!
I am incorporating hamstring curls and quad curls in a single exercise. You could do that too.
The thing you should have in mind before doing this is that you are not allowed any recuperation time.
You set up both machines, and you do 5 sets of 10 reps each, with having in mind that you could do a maximum of 12-13 reps on each set.

I don't agree with what blah says completely. It sounds like you're having a problem with form. Watch some videos read some articles. Do light weight to get a feel for proper form. Then up it when you do it right. Try videoing yourself or have a friend who is knowledgeable critique you.

For sure its just a number, I just kind of want to know about how much pounds I should expect to have to shed still before I get near that goal of mine, just wondering how long I should expect my cut to be still.
