Why are most people rating others optimistic (Thinking it means gay) if it means being positive about something? It's just strange for me :saddowns:
Gaybow.
Should be replaced by Bad Reading.
I like being called gay.
Rainbow = gay.
Or Bad Spelling. Dumb doesn't cut it for me.
Should be replaced by Bad Reading.
Yes, bad reading is now the rating for gay.
Incoming gaybows!

It's like Zing for me. Thinking you can do it when you really can't.
Rainbows are miracles of nature, not homosexual.
Rainbows are miracles of nature, not homosexual.
Totally true
It's pretty physical. Here's how they are created:
Or Bad Spelling. Dumb doesn't cut it for me.
Why not? I take not being able to spell as a pretty dumb thing
Gaybows, Gaybows everywhere.
That image has a blue circle in it
Well done.
Who actually uses the optimistic rating for its original purpose? Anyone? LOL
Who actually uses the optimistic rating for its original purpose? Anyone? LOL
I do on occasions, but theres not many of them.
I do. I usually use it when someone is trying hard to accomplish something, and they believe in themselves. Like everyone should.

I always thought a friendly was someone who was nice and understanding. Most of the time, towards another poster. But we all have different views.
Yeah right "optimistic". A little overly "optimistic" towards the same sex, that is.
lol back when i was new to facepunch, i used to think optimistic meant....Well....optimistic
People used to actually use it for rating people optimistic but that lasted like a week before someone came up with the idea to call it a gaybow and it really stuck with it. kinda pisses me off because there are times I actually rate someone rainbow because they are optimistic but they probably just assume I rated them gay. I think there should be a separate "gay" rating so there is no confusion.

People always rate me optimistic for some reason too.
That image has a blue circle in it
someone passed the second grade.
someone passed the second grade.
he's still in it
