You can say this about any game.
Would a WW2 veteran find Call of Duty entertaining, if the whole point of him killing people in the trenches was so that future generations would never have to hold a gun again?
Oh god, Oh god no it's all coming back to me.
Fuck you Limbo of the Lost, fuck you.
Granny Faggot, who the hell calls a video game character Granny Faggot.
Every time I hear the name Mary Celeste I remember that fucking game. God damn it.

Come on though. The Mary Celeste was a terrible tragedy, and the families are still grieving since the event is so fresh in their minds. Knock it off.

In 1912, the ship sank when it hit an iceberg. Everyone died.
That's Titanic
No, someone survived that, I believe they made a movie about her.

Well that wasn't the whole point. The point was that they were fighting to stop the spread of tyranny. How would fighting a war accomplish that, I'm really curious as to where this train of logic was headed.
The Mary Celeste was when a bunch of gunpowder on board exploded, sending fire and shit everywhere but not setting anything on fire.
The crew got scared shitless and bailed. They probably died at sea. The ship was found, everything was perfectly where they were supposed to be, except there was just no crew.
There was an article on cracked about it.
We need a Lorena Bobbit horror game.
So... a ship that was lost since 1872 is suddenly discovered and there's controversy about making a video game about it?
Really?
Who is old enough to even consider this notion offensive?
MAN TOO SOON, IT HAPPENED 150 YEARS AGO. Christ I bet half of the world doesn't even know what Mary Celeste is.
