They went too far with "cinematic storytelling" and made a shirty sci-fi flick with minimal interaction. The only thing notable about the whole game is the Global Illumination technique they're using

The creators of Max Payne made a 3rd person shooter where the player has time superpowers and it's fucking boring. They could have made Max Payne but with a different story but nah, here's a tps where your superpowers are just changing cover and the functional equivalent of throwing a grenade
I really wanted to like Quantum Break, but it really fell short for me. I think a big part of that's controls, give me those tight Max Payne controls any day.
Just give us Alan Wake 2 already, we've waited too long
