I know my account already has ~170 games on it but I want opinions from others for once.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is really fun. It's short, but I liked it so much that I've played through it several times though for some reason Steam didn't actually record all of that time.
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is a very solid horror game with some interesting mechanics, lots of tense moments and creative scenery. If I remember correctly any bullets you fire actually leave from the barrel's direction, so if you fire once and the recoil points the gun at the ceiling, and you fire again, the bullet will fly into the ceiling instead of towards whatever is in the center of your screen. That's not really anything to persuade you but it's interesting anyway.
You could always finish out the STALKER trilogy by getting Clear Sky but on some hardware it seems to have trouble. At least with me the loadtimes are so ridiculously long that it's a huge hassle to try and play.

You know I bought the STALKER pack and it had the Clear Sky expansion, but it disappeared out of my library and I can't find it anymore.
Risk of Rain is pretty good if you're into rogue-likes or don't already have it.
there's a lot of really good indie games around that price range. it just depends on what genres you like. if you can be more specific about that i could recommend some stuff.
Vampire The Masquerade : Bloodlines.
Lots of bugs, but it follows the original gamebook well and very faithfully.
I enjoyed it, reminded me of Fallout in a way.
They Bleed Pixels, Bleed, Lone Survivor, Skullgirls, Miasmata, Superbrothers Sword and Sworcery, Jade Empire, Opposing Force, Postal 2, Binding of Isaac, Bloody Good Time, Prince of Persia games, Risk of Rain, To the Moon, Hotline Miami, Far Cry 2, Home, I Am Alive, and Psychonauts are all really good games.
Hotline miami and binding of isaac, as the above poster said. Psychonauts is good too I hear, but I have not played it, and I dislike adventure games of that type.
STALKER is my first suggestion
Then Fallout New Vegas
Then Company of Heroes
Those would be my 3 main suggestions
Final Fantasy 7
prince of persia warrior within
metro last 2033
STALKER

Okay the only ones there that I am interested in are To the Moon and Risk of Rain.
Counter-Strike Global Offensive if you don't have it already.

I thought this game was awesome when I had it, I'd totally play it again.

Stellar artwork and sound design, really well paced story. Only lasts a few hours but has a lot of replay value in my opinion.
Contagion

Your page says you have 174 games. Here's what you should do unless you already bought some games or added funds to your steam account.
1. Check if you played all of those 174 games.
2. If you find some you didn't, play them.
3. After you tried/finished all of them then you could probably look for some new games.
These 3 easy steps saves you money and pointless purchases.

Most of those are from packs that I wanted one game out of but it was easier to buy the pack which was cheaper at the time.
Papers, Please
Check passports and documents at Cold War style border crossing, indie game and I would rate it highly personally.

Yeah I played it a lot and it's pretty great
Have you tried Faster Than Light? Another pretty fun indie game.
Just cause 2 is fun and hilarious. Especially with multiplayer.
Guacamelee. A lovely little indie platforming gem.
A controller is highly recommended though.
Xpand Rally: 4.99€ here. Though, if you're in America, i don't think it's on the store.
King Arthur's Gold looks like a shit Terrarria clone at first glance but is actually way different and fucking awesome
I really recommend Postal 2.
