Something I whipped up using a royalty free acapella from Looperman.

If you feel something could be added be sure to tell me, I'm always looking to improve.
I'm not the best when it comes to giving useful advice over the internet (I get lost trying to accurately type down what I mean/think), but here we go:
The drums lack punch, feel kinda dry, and lack spacing/panning (everything sounds centered). Especially the snare is lacking that 'oomph'y feeling I personally think is kinda important in dubstep, since all other percussion usually 'builds up' towards each snare hit.
The general sound of the bass is there, but like the drums, it lacks power.
I think my main point of critique would be that the whole track sounds kinda empty. Work on this some more. Try adding some proper pads during the vocal parts for example; your track is lacking in highs. Don't be afraid to layer your stuff as well. A snare does not have to be composed of a single snare sample. For me personally a single percussion element can easily consist of 4 to 5 different layers (a high-end part for sparkle, a punchy mid, a short bassy 'click' etc.). The same goes for the synths as well.
I hope I don't come off as too harsh, I'm not trying to trash your work or anything. Hope you find some use in my words :)
It sorts of sounds like all the sounds you are using are presets or something, they lack that sort of character that "industry-standard" songs have. I do however like the beats, melodies, they just need that power that above is talking about.
I took in what you guys and some others said and went back to work on my track. I added some reverb and echo to the vocals, eq'd the bassline as much as my abilities allow and panned some stuff. I also added another layer to the Bassline and automated it throughout the track.

Thanks.
I really like it when the vocals come in, but it feels like it needs some pads coming in underneath and it'll be pretty epic, and lead up to the drop better. The drop itself I'm not really a fan of, but I love deep dark bassy drops so whatever sub genre this would be isn't really for me anyway.
Really needs sub-bass, and a drop.
