Well boys and girls, its that time again. The time when we have to say goodbye to those 10 years that have impacted our lives so much. Most of us have lived through 9/11, the death of Michael Jackson/Billy Mays and the first black president getting voted into office. Everyone here can probably something has happened to them through this time, changing something in their life. So Facepunch, what are your thought's on this?
Nothing.

Should I rate you clocks if you're technically one year early?
Hear me out, the first decade ended after 10 years, at the end of A.D. 10. By extension the decade's ending once we finish A.D. 2010.
Pretty shit decade as far as humans on the whole are concerned tbh, worst since the 70's, hopefully things will improve
Personally, of the two decades of my life, I can't remember enough of the first one to compare them.
Should I rate you clocks if you're technically one year early?
you were probably one of the nerdes who didn't celebrate y2k, cause TECHNICALLY it still took a year
Sad thing is that I don't remember anything significant happening in those 10 years.
how are we gonna call this decade anyways the 00's
But there's still another 19 days until the end of this decade.
Should I rate you clocks if you're technically one year early?
Yeah 3 weeks
Well I thought I might as well post this now as I will be out of the house on new years.
Well the one thing that I think most people will remember from this decade is the huge change of lifestyle the internet caused. This decade will be rememebered as the start of global communication.
Yeah 3 weeks
No, three weeks and a year.

I was one of those nerdes who was in early elementary school when Y2K happened.
how are we gonna call this decade anyways the 00's
On TV the other night someone referred to it as "the naughties". I was like whut
No, three weeks and a year.
You must be high, or something.
Only 3 weeks and a year if you count 2010 as the noughties and if you do you are a big retard.
Urgh. Noughties. Does that sound really weird to anyone else?

You have no idea what you're talking about

A decade goes from 0-9.
So the second we jump from 9 to 0 again, (or 9 to 10), a decade ends.
You have no idea what you're talking about
I agree it must be the end of the world in 2012 so this is the last decade there will ever be.
9/11 kinda woke me up that the world wasn't all sunshine and flowers. I was like 4 or 5 I think.
Michael Jackson's death, I just felt in disbelief when I heard it.
This decade was almost exactly half of my life, would be weird if it didn't had an impact..
Sad thing is that I don't remember anything significant happening in those 10 years.
George Bush.

But depending on how you look at it, the first year was 2001.
It was a great decade for games, movies and overall media i think.

Yeah but this is the end of a decade. Decade = 10 years. I get what you're saying, but that shit just makes it confusing. Decade doesn't have to be consecutive based on the calendar.
