I'm going to be saving up and going to university in a few years, which schools have the best party/social scenes? Also before the education lecture yes I'm going to be taking it seriously, I just don't want to have a boring time in university. My friends tell me WVU is a good choice, any other recommendations?
My friend claims that http://www.wlu.ca/ is a crazy party school, but he could be mistaken as he is probably heavily autistic and antisocial. Don't choose a school based on its social aspect, it's always better to choose a school that's closest and best education-wise. No matter what school you get into, you will always find parties and people to socialize with. Focus on your studies and party when you're a rich, successful motherfucker.
Lol That's what everybody says. Then they either kill their GPA or flunk out. Fucking party scene.

Ohio University has been regarded for a long time as one of the best party schools, at least within the state of Ohio. Everyone knows if you want to party you go to OU. Not to mention, its also one of the best schools in the state along with OSU. I'm going to OU, but I'm also there to get an education. plenty of kids waste $100,000 to party for 4 years and then are fucked for the rest of their lives.

I know a lot of people who go there. I'd be weary of it though. Like any campus, there are certain times you shouldn't be out alone. Always keep true to the buddy system.

OU (Oklahoma) is a crazy party school. I'd know, I've lived in the same town my whole life.
Fucking UMASS Amherst. Trust me, I live in Amherst, and the fucking umass students are ridiculous. Bars and Food are cheap, great and really close to campus. On weekends the town proper is fucking swamped with the bastards, and you bet your ass they will be out at night stumbling across the street. Don't even get me started on the goddamn St. Patrick's Day party that is held annually. Add the fact that there are four other colleges right near Amherst center, and you get a huge mass of people that could make up a small city, and tons of parties, with most of them on off campus housing.
So you're making your college desicion on just partying? You are gonna go far in life...
So you're making your college desicion on just partying? You are gonna go far in life...
I graduated high school with great marks in top tier classes, I take my education seriously and plan to have a future. I'm not choosing my college solely on partying either, for example ASU is a crazy party scene but has respectable programs for engineering/computer science which I'm interested in. Social stuff is also really important to me because I'm going to be alone no matter which college I go to and need friends and shit to do when I'm not in class or studying. I'm not a wannabe frat boy just a person who wants a social life in college. Unlike the average facepuncher who spends their free time with their waifu.
WVU actually isn't a bad choice if you're interested in engineering. While it isn't any top tier private school, it has some good faculty. If you're a top private school type of student, you will easily be able to stand out and find opportunities for yourself. The resources are there, you just have to go after them. Plus it's cheap.
