• Wild Wing Cafe Kicks Out 25 African Americans After White Customer Felt 'Threatened' by their Presen
Right as the country commemorates the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, people are flocking to social media to condemn a South Carolina restaurant for its allegedly racist actions. According to CBS affiliate WCSC-TV, Michael Brown and 24 of his family and friends were at Wild Wing Cafe celebrating his cousin's final day in Charleston, S.C., last month when the group was suddenly told to leave. The reason? The shift manager allegedly told Brown that a white customer felt "threatened" by his party. When one of Brown's companions started filming the exchange, the shift manager is said to have told the group to leave. "[That] totally alarmed all of us because we're sitting there peaceably for two hours," Brown told the news outlet. Brown said that his group had waited "patiently" for two hours to get a seat at the restaurant. He took to Facebook earlier this month to express his frustration with the North Charleston establishment: Post by Mike London. WCSC-TV reports that a representative at the chain reached out to Brown to apologize and offer a free meal for the group. "We had a conversation," Debra Stokes, Wild Wing Cafe's chief marketing officer, told WCSC-TV. "It was a really good conversation... they just didn't receive the experience that they have come to know and love."
Source. here is a news report of what happened:
Unless they're making blatantly threatening remarks, no restaurant should ever kick a group out just because 1 customer felt threatened. I'm curious as to what they actually said/did.

Should have told the white guy to leave if he felt so threatened.

The statements made in the short paragraph you submitted in post number 41973958 were not only vaguely offensive and of questionable moral fiber, but presented in such a way as to strip a large degree of intellectual credibility from both the singular post in question, and from many of your posts to come. As such, I would like to inform you that said comment will be used as a future reference for budding forum users on how not to post, by the BDA Quality Assurance Program (BDAQAP), for educational purposes only.
Your opinion is wrong
I'm still entitled.
No matter how ridiculous and stupid the story is there is always 1 guy who completely agrees with the nonsense and derails the thread for 3 pages
did it ever occur to you that perhaps your post is in fact derailing the thread and/or enabling the thread to be derailed? considering your post had absolutely nothing to do with the article posted in OP. please stay on topic. thank you.
That beard.. This whole story does sound fishy, probably could have been handled better but there's no evidence to prove if they were causing such a disturbance that other people felt threatened. If i were in their place i would have booked a place in advance instead of randomly showing up with such a big party.
being black in public [editline]26th August 2013[/editline] why do black people always seem to pull off fedoras better?
His fedora doesn't look like one of the typical dark 'gangster' fedora's that most white people try to wear.

I could be wrong though.
"[That] totally alarmed all of us because we're sitting there peaceably for two hours," Brown told the news outlet.
I would be a little weirded out if they were occupying that much space, being loud, for over two hours in my restaurant.
why do black people always seem to pull off fedoras better?
Not only that, black people my age always look stylish as fuck, even compared to white people who look like they had a radioactive accident with gamma rays and something stylish. Friend of mine had a simple white t-shirt on him, looked ridiculously good. And it was just a plain white shirt!
I would be a little weirded out if they were occupying that much space, being loud, for over two hours in my restaurant.
uh. huh, you would? how in the world is it weird though? it's just a group of people eating out, 24 or not; it shouldn't be seen as "threatening" imo
They were waiting to be seated.
oh and this, i suppose.
I'm still entitled.
And we're entitled to call it a shit one, your point?
So it's totally okay for Youtube to take away free speech because "they're a private business and they can do whatever they want" but this is a horrible travesty? I agree it is, but you know, that's a stupid double standard.
who the hell said it was ok?
A lot of people in the thread about Youtube deleting TAA's videos. [editline]26th August 2013[/editline]
really since when does freedom of speech have anything to do with a private hosting service people really don't understand that concept, it only limits government.
specifically that
this has nothing to do with the freedom of speech
I'll just sum up what the thread will be. What OP is about is morally wrong. Theories on what the group did will arise. And this guy will de-rail the thread because FP can't ignore autistic virgins, for some reason.
