Hey Facepunch ppl! So my parents computer is dying and they want me to build them a new one. Therefore i need not a crazy graphics computer but one that can process fast and multitask very well. Also a lot of space would be nice too. An i7 would be good also prob like 2tb of space if possible. Thanks in advance.
are your parents like hardcore coders and VM enthusiast or something?
Why would you need an i7?

For what you've specified, an i7 is NOT necessary and is heavily overkill. An i3 will be good enough. If you can be specific with what programs they're going to be using, then an i5 (could) be justified, but for what info you've given us, an i3 should be fine.
