Hi, so recently I replaced my gaming computer with an older one since we're currently repairing it, and recently I decided to play some games on this computer.
Except now, when I play games, I get random artifacts, most notably holes in character textures and holes in cars in GTA III. This occurs in CSS as well. Static props are just fine in GTA III, they act as if they should (Buildings, shops, etc.)

See? Door is fine, textures around it are fine. But then....

Specs (current):
GPU: ATI Radeon R200
CPU: Intel Pentium-4 Series 2 CPU, ~3 Ghz
The card is on the end of its life, there is nothing you can do.
Problem with ATI (and nvidia) is they release huge driver bundles. As GPUs get older, the newer driver bundles favor the older GPUs less. Even in AMDs "legacy" driver bundle, it will have this problem.
You'll need to do some digging and find a driver set that was made around the launch of the card (2001-2003). Helpful hint is you won't find anything like that on AMD's website. I'd look on driverguide or something.
