Change the colors of the sky and ground.
Should the ground be darker or lighter?
Darker with a hint of grey.

i change colour of sky and ground
It looks alot better now, and maybe add some rusting to the water tower.
Missed a bit of sky on the tower!
And on some of the pillars.
A couple of abandoned buildings would be nice, like old bunkers and maybe an abandoned tunnel system, with half the lights working and the other half not.
To the far left, the Sky cuts into the ground, might wanna fix that :)
make a dig-site at the ruins, with a bloody drilling-machine.
i got most of it done ill update soon
*UPDATE*
I added som tunnels :D

It would look better without the guy standing there
The map is alright as it is, the colours appear to be just about the old official colours for maps, but you really have to think about lines of sight with maps. Unless your map is very large and there's certain areas designed for it, you don't really want opposing armies to be able to see each other from too far away. The surface could do with some hills and dips to hide players and the cave system really need to be more winding.
A more interesting cave design with the same openings:

Here, armies can take both be in the caves but unable to see the others, allowing for closer range battles and the possibility of ambushes. Vertical openings like you have are usable, but too many can mean spending more time climbing down ropes than anything else.
Another point is something I've noticed on a lot of FP PW maps, the layout can be great, but some attention to detail can make the difference between a good map and a great map.
Simple ground and ground with time dedicated to it:

Pretty good map, your getting there but i think you over did it with the rocks. I think that you should do something with the tunnels too.
no, the rocks are good, but there are still too many empty-ish spaces
plus the barrels look out of place
and imo there needs to be more rubble
The wreck needs more rubble, right now it just looks like someone stole away the building and left some pillars there. I like the tunnels, but there needs to be a few hills or rubble on the surface to break up the veiw between bases. The water is a bit of an eye sore, and you should have a few more tunnels, maybe a few leading to caves. I also think it'd be a bit better if it was bigger.
Put a huge plane crash in there, then hollow it out into a corridor. =]
I think the terrain needs to be bumpier
hmm lie cake you got my attension i like the idea!
yay :D plane crash would also give the map a story, why people would meet here
k all i need now is a plane...
Boeing 747 :D
waaaaay to big i need like a heli or a small scout plane
aww comon :C
fine UH-60 Black Hawk
im likeing the mi-24 look
