Speaking at a joint press conference with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santon, Mr Trump said: "I respect the move, but the entire thing has been a witch hunt. I think it divides the country. "There is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign, but I can always speak for myself, and the Russians - zero." Earlier, Mr Trump described the investigation into whether his team colluded with Russia to tilt the 2016 election in his favour as the "greatest witch hunt" in US history. Mr Trump took to twitter to vent his feelings after former FBI chief Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel with sweeping powers to head the probe. Mr Trump's tweet was in contrast to the statement issued last night after the Justice Department announced the appointment, when the president said he looked forward to a quick resolution of the matter. He again insisted that there had been no collusion between his campaign and "any foreign entity". He also claimed today that no special counsel was appointed "with all the illegal acts that took part in the Clinton campaign". Democrats and Republicans alike have praised Mr Mueller's appointment and hailed his integrity and reputation.
My opinion: please screw off you arrogant asshole.
Probably shouldn't have fired Comey if you were so worried about division.
"There is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign..."
Yes, that's become abundantly clear given your Twitter behaviour.
Holy fuck, Trump is like that stickied post in the Refugee Camp of the guy completely denying the extremely blatant evidence and testimonies. And we're really close to the point of him breaking down
And we're really close to the point of him breaking down
Keep up the good work, that's going to be a once-in-a-lifetime show
Holy fuck, Trump is like that stickied post in the Refugee Camp of the guy completely denying the extremely blatant evidence and testimonies. And we're really close to the point of him breaking down
While I'd never hope anyone had a mental breakdown, even Trump, I can't help but feel he is finally getting overwhelmed by everything, whether he'll admit it or not. If his rants are true, then I imagine he won't last much longer.
Trump definitely has a point. (User was banned for this post ("Bait / Trolling" - Craptasket))
Trump definitely has a point.
In what way? Explain to me how he has a point.
Wait, so did the "he" in He Will Not Divide Us actually stand for Russia?
Trump definitely has a point.
Not really no, He divided the country when he ran for president the way he did. Whats dividing now is the people who support him.
Trump definitely has a point.
Nah he really doesn't lol. The man has been a disaster thriving on division since the day he took interest in politics. I'm not even talking about his political party affiliation when I say this, just his incompetence, the faster the US chucks the dude the better.
Trump definitely has a point.
Lol, no he doesn't. At all. Though considering this is the second short post without any reasoning I've come across from you in the past ten minutes I'd have to say you're either being contrarian for the sake of it or trolling for replies so I dunno why I'm bothering to even reply to you.
Mr Trump said: "I respect the move, but the entire thing has been a witch hunt. I think it divides the country. "There is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign, but I can always speak for myself, and the Russians - zero."
1.) It doesn't divide the country. This is one of the few things the majority of this country seems legitimately united over. 2.) If he's not guilty then he should just get the damned probe over and done with. Constantly whining about it and trying to interfere only incriminates him more and more and unites the nation against him that much more.
Trump definitely has a point.
This is a Grade-A example of concern trolling. If he actually gave any fucks about division of our country he: a) wouldn't have ran his campaign in the most divisive manner possible b) wouldn't be attempting to impede a full and independent investigation into the most serious of allegations you could level against a President His actions not showing even the slightest hint of remorse, or sincere cooperation make any attempt to appeal to the unity of our country shallow AT BEST, and despicable and diversionary at worst. The fact that you're falling for is precisely why he busts out this kind of rhetoric now.
Y'all just took bait
Cooperate fully with the investigation, and instruct everybody within his administration to do the same, and he can heal the divide. Assuming he's innocent, of course. The country is dividing because there are SERIOUS allegations flying around, and mounting evidence and testimony to support them, and rather than cooperating with the investigation so as to attempt to clear everything up, Trump and his administration appear to be making every effort to obstruct it.
Holy fuck, Trump is like that stickied post in the Refugee Camp of the guy completely denying the extremely blatant evidence and testimonies. And we're really close to the point of him breaking down
don't count on it, he's gonna be circlejerked in all his stops this weekend because they all wanna be dude-bro's with him, except the pope, he's probably going to tell him to graciously fuck-off
He's absolutely right, and the best way to heal the divide is to do a massive 180 and cooperate fully with the probe and Robert Mueller's inquiries. This has the potential to be a real political boon for Trump and his administration if he just keeps his mouth shut and goes about his business. I looks like his staffers have taken away his Twitter, so that's a great first step.

He has so little self control that his staff needs to take away his phone to stop him from shitposting on twitter.

That he was ever elected in the first place is a permanent blemish on the history of the United States that we will likely never live down, even if he is impeached and hauled off to jail where he belongs.
Trump definitely has a point. (User was banned for this post ("Bait / Trolling" - Craptasket))
wait hold up guys this post is colossally moronic but banning him for having a different opinion? really?
To be fair, under Facepunch Common Law there is precedent for retard-bans
gotta be careful however that we don't hugbox it up too much
wait hold up guys this post is colossally moronic but banning him for having a different opinion? really?
It's not his opinion. It's bait.
wait hold up guys this post is colossally moronic but banning him for having a different opinion? really?
he's been posting similar posts across many other threads without sticking around to defend his stance (User was banned for this post ("Warned you.
That assumes he's not actually guilty of anything
Yes. That is how we do things in this country.
Just take a minute to reflect upon how tragic it is the the President of the United States is such an irate little manchild that his staff have to take his phone away to keep his humiliating (and incriminating) temper tantrums from being seen by the public.
You'll have to forgive me; I don't actually know if his Twitter has literally been taken from him, I've only heard that he hasn't used it as of late. Trust me, I've reflected on this quite often. I'm not the blind sycophant you and your ilk paint me as. Trump has many character flaws, but he is the sitting President and we have to live with that until his term is up. Big surprise: the federal government is not an internet forum--posting dumb things online is not grounds for removal from office.
