• Need some remedies for

Depression! I'm feeling rather down tonight and I don't like it. Post ways to get oneself out of a rut.
If you are [i]actually[/i] depressed, I'd recommend visiting a doctor and getting medication.
I don't think it's real depression, it's more of just getting into a rut a couple nights a week where all I can think about is how alone I am.
Kill yourself.

Call up some friends and go do something. Movies, bowling, etc. I assume you're talking about being alone relationship-wise, so hanging out with some friends should cheer you up. Works for me at least.
I had a few moments like that, and one day during a depressive low I just starting writing down all I was feeling and suddenly I started feeling better. I don't know if its just me, but I would definetly give it a try

It ended up to be 9000 words. :ohdear:
