Virus problem, AVG warning about csrss.exe, not sure if it's an issue.

Just got a virus warning form avg about IKY.exe, it got put in the vault or what ever avg does, but it instantly brought up a warning about csrss.exe. I tried to have it sent to the vault too, but it said other processes were working on it or something and didn't do anything. Quick follow up scan came up clean but I'm still unsure about it, a quick web search says to check your windows\system32 folder and windows\servicepackfiles\i386 to see if both csrss files are different. Problem is there is no servicepackfiles folder, and the csrss.exe file I could find hasn't been modified since '09 when I bought this laptop. Should I be worried?
Another site says show all processes from all users and check if location shown in the properties window is in c:\windows, two csrss.exe files came up and both say they're in c\windows.
If you do another full scan and it says it's clean then you're fine
