The secret to losing weight - From personal experience.

The secret is, eat less, do more exercise. Admittedly it's not a secret, or a shortcut by any means but it's literally the best way to lose weight effectively. You get a lot of people who browse this section just to find shortcuts and tips but there is nothing more simple than; less food, more exercise.
I started my weight loss scheme on the 15th of September and by the 15th of December i had lost 2 stone exactly. This was my routine:

- Go to gym at 8:30pm - 10-10:30pm - This involves a 20min walk each way.

I did this 6 days a week and treated myself to fast food, probably more than i should have done.. Also by eating so little i don't really need to calorie count, but i recommend other people do if you're eating more.
It's probably not that healthy but it seems to be working for me. If anyone stumbles across this thread that wants to lose weight... this is most effective way for me. So yeah.. as long as you stick to the basics, you [u]will[/u] see results.
Since i came home for Xmas i'v had quite a few people mention that a look different, which is a really good feeling. My aim is to be at my optimum weight by my next graduation. I was my heaviest ever when i graduated first time, so i'm going to use that as a comparison.

I've been sick with glandular fever lately and for a few days I couldn't eat any food at all because my throat was too sore and I managed to lose about 7 kgs. I really don't have any fat on me it's mainly all muscle, but I actually managed to lose whatever tummy fat I had and maybe a bit of muscle on my arms and I think I look a lot toner than before.
If you want to lose weight, get glandular fever. Or just don't eat for 3 days. The great thing about being sick was that I was never hungry.

I'm just trying to open peoples eyes to the obvious. So many people want cheats/shortcuts, i'm just simply trying to state is that it doesn't work and that this is pretty much the only way.
I just hope that people who want to lose weight stumble across this thread and listen to someone who did it for himself. I'm still in the process of losing weight. I'v still got a long way to go. Another 3 stones.
