Watch in fullscreen, move camera by clicking and holding your mouse and moving it, or with WASD.
Pretty neat, wonder what kind of videos this will spawn?
Wow, when did Youtube add this feature?
Reminds me of those movie rides at Universal Studios.
Well, I certainly didn't expect any of that.
Will 360 degree GoPros be a thing now?
Looks like youtube is getting ready for vr.
That's fucking awesome.
This is like something straight out of the late 90's/early 00's, right down to the cheesy CGI backgrounds and objects. It's like nostalgia without even being proper nostalgia.
I don't think this will work very well with VR goggles, i mean it doesn't actually have different positioning for each eye. Everything will appear to be flat and at the same distance.
Or does it do something to overcome that?

For some reason I can't get it to work, and yes I am on chrome. Just appears as the full camera view.
make sure you reset adblock's filters for youtube. that fixed it for me.
Do it on a smartphone/tablet and moving the device will move the camera.

Maybe parallax can fix it to a degree.
Will 360 degree GoPros be a thing now?
Yeah, until they get over used like Autotune. It'll be great for Surveillance Cameras.

Turn 180 degrees and you can see probably the last appearance of Monty Oum in a Rooster Teeth video.
