Hat for the demoman.
I wanted to make something for demoman because he lost the war and obviously wanted revenge.
Then i figured the back end of the soldier's rocket launcher would make a nice hat for demo. :v:
What do you think would it make a good addition to the game?
How does it look on actual demo?
And looks kinda bland and unoriginal, but that's just me

I don't know, I'm not very familiar with exporting models to source.

Render it in max then?

How to get demoman into max, i tried the mdl decompiler which apparently doesn't work for tf2 models.

Didn't they release model sources? I remember some dude sent me them.
Model looks pretty good, the image is kinda bad though, looks rushed and very scrappy.

They did, they're in 'Username/source sdk content/tf/modelsrc/player'.
That cutout of the soldier below is pretty nasty.
How did you forget the hole
The tf2 font with it would look good too

That's weird, I managed to decompile the Team Fortress 2 Demoman model for my Propaganda Contest Entry

That wasn't the final thing. Also the Spy for my TF Contribution.

Can you describe what problem your having?
Also thanks to the person that pointed out the model sources, I've worked with those before and they are easier than decompiling, but I thought there would only be one player model, because that's how it was with alot of the Half Life stuff.
Edited:
Also Hayate, I couldn't find those. There is no tf folder in sourcesdk_content, I even had a look in some of the GCF's.
