First off this isn't going to run crysis or HL2 , just games on low graphics setting (World of tanks, Sims 3, Minecraft, Maybe league of legends) I've got the cash, I'm a first time buyer, my crappy netbook was a gift.

Well first off, do you have any sort of budget? Generally you should be aiming for i3 processors instead of Pentium ones. Even with a very limited budget I'm sure you can find something at least a little better.
No, it has Intel integrated graphics. You need a dedicated GPU to have any chance of playable framerates.
The lowend ATI and nVidia cards for laptops will works well for you. I have a HD4330M in my laptop with 1366x768 and it gets playable framerates at low.
Might sound like an idiot, but how much will one run me, and how do I instal it?
Might sound like an idiot, but how much will one run me, and how do I instal it?
You can't install one into it. Have to choose one that comes with a dedicated GPU already in.
My laptop costs me $850, its 14"1366x768 screen with a Core i3, 9-cell battery, 4GB RAM, HD4330 equavalent. I got it from dell, Studio 1458R. Its great for me at college, gets 6 hours of battery. A few others things about it to that don't matter to much.
A dedicated GPU isn't replaceable on a laptop. Its soldered to the board.

You can play the sims 3 on that.
Pentium = No.
Intel GMA 4500M = No.
Goofy and ridiculously tiny 1366x768 netbook resolution = No.
only a tiny 6-ell battery? = 20 minutes of "game time"
No bluetooth? Oh come ON... this is 2011... it should be STANDARD in a laptop by now.

Bluetooth requires an additional radio. Its like saying WWAN should be a standard.
Bitch please.

Oh come now, 1366x768 isn't that bad. Its what extend 720p is and it lets you maintain a readable DPI on a 14" laptop.
Intel Pentium is single core Core 2 processor.
Bluetooth sucks, if you need it by a micro dongle.

Agree on the Pentium and GMA, but that resolution isn't bad at all. And playing games while not plugged in is stupid anyway.
And Bluetooth sucks.

Gaming while using battery = bad idea anyways
And I highly doubt he's using any games that require bluetooth perpherial
You need something with a discrete graphics card
and a better processor probably
screen resolution is fine
6 cell battery is fine as well, you're not gonna be playing much games 'on the go' because you won't have internet most likely
You should really write down your budget.
Sandy bridge, perhaps?
Well I don't know about you guys, but I use my Bluetooth ear piece for game chat. It's simple and works well on my PS3 too. Also, 1280x800 looks atrocious on my 15" laptop, so I can't imagine people "dealing" with a n even lower res on a screen just an inch smaller than my own... Sure, you gain width, but you also lose height.

When I connected a bluetooth headset to my computer, I couldn't find any way to adjust the microphone sensitivity. It would pick up my cat meowing from across the room.
And Bluetooth sucks.
You can always turn it off, atleast in my MBP you can.
