I really have no issue with weapons that weren't on the eastern front showing up.
I mean really, the game has the MKB. There were only a very small number and they were mechanically utter shit. Despite this, they show up commonly in the fucking game. The AVT suffers from almost an identical problem, mechanically crap and extremely rare.
On relaxed realism, lets just go ahead and give everyone access to interesting unlockables that didn't actually show up on the front. Give the Germans stuff like the FG-42 and luger and give the Russians lend lease stuff like the 1911 and bazooka.
They need to fix people and vehicles going invisible when they go near or behind cover. This is getting out of hand.
At least you can see they are trying. Two updates with 500 and 400 mb in three days.
I hope they fixed the hit detection on the MP40 in close range.
Apparently when you are in close combat with the MP40, your magazine is suddenly filled with blanks.
Fuck you squeaken, if you'd played the game you would know what i'm talking about.
PPSH has more blanks, they just kill the germans because the noise is too much to handle.

The game shouldn't of just been about Stalingrad but like RO1 with a Russian front and later all the way into Germany, a battle of Berlin map and oldies like Leningrad would of been sexy in this game. At least there is a SDK so chances of some good mods or really just some more maps focusing on other places (or remaking classic maps) is high.

It helps new players a get a feel for the controls and taking cover and such without having to figure out where the fuck they are getting shot from. I rather enjoy close quarters, it's an exciting refreshment from the long range battles.
The long range battles aren't even that big in comparison to how massive RO-Ostfront got. Like that one map with the attacking KV-1s and Universal Transports vs Axis in forests with two Stugs.
I've played too much Danzig/Apartments for it to be fun any more.

I got suppressed and ultimately one shot by an MP40 bullet to the chest from over 100 meters away.
So no, the game is still very automatic favored.
