Don't let your children to use things they don't fully understand? Why should it be down to the app developers to cover every function in a baby proof cushion layer, when it is partly down to the parents not supervising what they are doing on their ipad's/phones/etc. If a child doesn't know what it is doing, it shouldn't be doing it in the first place.
Buy your kid a gameboy color and a copy of Pokemon silver for 30 bucks and call it a day
