So I'm looking at changing up my build a bit because I'm bored with it. I've got back and forth on what to do, or if building a secondary system is a better choice, and I haven't decided yet but I'd like to get all my options down. At the moment I'm looking at redoing my setup as a mATX rig. I don't need any additional performance besides perhaps RAM as I don't even game much anymore. I'm hoping to recoup around $300 or more for selling my replaced parts to make the cost a bit more manageable. This is what I've got, any opinions?

Seems an awful lot for just changing around a build for a relatively minor gain in performance, but that might just be me.
If I ever get bored with my current build, I just either build secondary computers (HTPCs / Servers), change around the graphics card to a newer one (because that always needs changing) or add new hard drives.
I'm not really looking for any gain except for amount of RAM (for VM's). It's just been a while since I've built up a good mATX rig, so I was going to switch it around. I don't even game anymore, so upgrading my GPU wouldn't really net me anything.
