Hi, I just bought a macbook pro and I have no idea how I can create a new file like a text file cause when I right click theres no option for it.
Can anyone tell me how to do this D:
Why did you buy an expensive piece of hardware if you don't even know basic stuff?
Damn, boy, this is why you read up on things before you buy stuff.
There is no right-click > create text-file option on Mac, as far as I know.
I've used Mac before but never had to create files.
You can change settings so you can right-click. (Already did that)
Create text files either by using Terminal or TextEdit.

I said, there is no such funcion as to right-click and create textfiles.
I can right click on my macbook...
It's not a matter of right clicking. It's a matter of there not being an option to create files from a right click.
Are you acting dumb or are you really that slow?
I'd say just open TextEdit and type what you need and save it to wherever you want.
