First one is not bad, last two are just unfinished doodles.
First one is not bad, last two are just unfinished doodles.
They're all unfinished, while I was in the middle of making them I just felt like drawing something else.
is the top one Louis from L4D?
It's supposed to be a militia soldier from mw2 when I was drawing, Except I just drew whatever for a face. Ergo the face in the last picture.
very nice, indeed. would love to see them all finished..
like your way of detailing.. simple.
hands on the last one are tad too small.
I like the folds tough, but they seem to start and end too roughly.
What gun should I put on the last picture?
a m4
or
saiga12k/20k

Ok

That AR15 is incredebly crooked in all dimensions.

Misproportioned, too!
The angle seems off in the last one,
First ones pretty cool though
I'll make no excuses, it looks bad. The hand position was originally meant for an ak-74 so I had to stretch out the m4.
You dont want to see me draw these, dear lord it would be hell.
Anyway like the all 3 as you alleardy know, iam not the best at drawing.
These are all great ideas, and mostly look good. However, as mentioned, the hands are pretty small, especially on the last one.
My suggestion, when you draw guns, try not to draw them at an angle where it's perfectly straight view from the side (or any other straight angle). Pretty much, you want to avoid that with everything you draw actually, as it looks corny, especially on objects like guns and weapons. The first one you did is a very good idea and you should make more like that one, where it's not just a perfect angle. Yeah it's tougher to draw at angles, but they are also less boring.
At the very least, just avoid it with your guns cuz yeah, they don't look good when done from a perfect side view angle or such.
Good work though, just refine it more like how you drew the first picture.
Thanks everyone for all your comments. I take your advice and general input very much to heart.
your work is :krad2:

Keep the face of that soldier dude as is
Cool try at "fuckall"/cubism. The tree and grass leaves for much to be wished, tough. Grass is far too simple and for the tree, i'd say you need a different pattern to distinguish the leaves from the rest. Alos leaves part is much bigger than the rest of the tree.
I do, however, fucking love the smug buddha asshole sitting on the stomp, being all lines and shit.
Tough feet need to see Sargeant Major Fixing.
I didn't know there was a name for drawing squiggles.
The first one was very good !
Not bad at all. I like your negative space (sort of) drawings, my favourate is actually the tree, why should all trees be the generic skinny trunk humongous leafy type? I also enjoy the movement in your drawings (the clothes etc.)
Nonetheless, your proportion is a bit off. Although things vary with the person, there are boundaries.
In your first drawing:
- The ears are too far up.
- Forehead is nonexistant.
- Legs are far too long in comparison with the torso.
- Forearms and hands are malformed.
I can't be arsed criticizing your other works.
Here is a useful tutorial listing:

Now go learn! :)
Also, i do the face replacing thing all the time! Especially at life drawing classes where the poses are too fast to draw in features ^^.
Hey thanks, I'll take a look at them.
Also, what is negative space?

Well negative space is a technique in which you draw the area around the object but not the object itself like the one on the right:

You can also block in the subject itself, like what you did with the tree like:

S'like drawing a silhouette.
Oh, ok, I learned alot today.
