skinnyfat/10
I'd say about 15%
Bad lighting doesn't help, but he's not 15%.
I'd say about 11-12%, maybe even 13%.
Turn this into a thread where everyone can get an estimation.
I know it's only one picture not showing much, but....

From that picture I can guess around 13% for me.. not sure though, thoughts?
Im 5'6 and weight about 141 with light clothes on and shoes
Hi, stop taking shit pictures might help.
From what I can see, probably 12%.

Hey, I saw you put up picks on BB, dude don't worry about bodyfat percentage, your tiny you should eat and get big then worry about losing fat later.
100% fat lard man
Yeah dude just eat a lot of decent food. Try to get in 4000+ calories.

Woop hold up there big booy
Tiny guy like him should grow on 2500 easily. 3000 at most.

Wow, what?
4000 cals... right... the contrary is the right way. Taking in consideration he has tiny amounts of muscle and that metabolism can be adjusted according to any needs, i'd say half of that might be true.
A good positioning of his macros, will put him on the right path with no trouble of eating 6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 calories a day because supposedly everyone I see around here is a self proclaimed 'ectomorph' and can't gain shit.
But, that is also considered a hassle for most people, so he should just stick to the gallon-a-day-milk-regime thingy.
Wow, what?
Yes let's prescribe him another 1000 cals than he needs on top of what is already probably an 500 cal surplus, because that will totally result in more muscle. How stupid of me
Or how bout suk my fucking dilz and just get him to progressively push his calories upwards until he's making steady gains every week. Unless he is actually a legit hardgainer, prescribing 4000 calories without a suitable heavy workload is just going to make him fat.
He's like 120lbs
I'm 103 lbs, and I'm already seeing fat gains with 2100 calories per day. Are you crazy? 4000 calories?
Fat gains with 2100 calories? Are you even working out?

what the fuck are you even eating

I'm doing SS...
Today's SS workout:
Squat (5 reps sets): 20 kg, 22 kg, 22 kg, 24 kg, 24 kg, 24 kg
Bench Press (5 reps sets): 22 kg, 24 kg, 24 kg, 26 kg, 26 kg, 26 kg
Deadlift (5 reps sets): 20 kg, 22 kg, 24 kg, 26 kg
Extras:
Pullups (5 reps sets): 0 kg, 3.5 kg, 3.5 kg
However I am not seeing any result so far, so that may be the problem. I believe the weight is too low, but I can't do more than this and I'm raising it 2kg per workout.
Also, I only slept 6 hours and 40 minutes every night before yesterday, where I decided to try and sleep at least 8 hours. Maybe that was part of the equation
No shit the weight is too low.
26kg deadlifts a 9 year old could do

If you can do more reps you don't have enough weight. If you can't you have the right amount.
If you can do more reps you don't have enough weight. If you can't you have the right amount.
Doing squats, in the non warm-up sets, I could do only five reps on the last set. So I guess it's good.
Same goes for bench press.
I'll try to raise Deadlift to 30 next workout, I felt like I could do more.
Pullups were hard as fuck
Wow you can squat only like 5x20? Ugh how do you use stairs or jump up in the air without falling on your ass when landing?
Doing like 20 rep sets of weightless squat jumps would probably be a nice intense leg workout for you.
Remember not to give up when your muscles start to burn.
E: And I wasn't bitching about the weightless squat jumps. I do 'em often too.
That's quite a way to motivate a person, Maucer. Everyone finds his light in his own time. Support, do not destroy. lol
I know that didn't sound very motivational, im sorry. Of course it's good to start out small and find a good technique and I know he's a really small guy and a beginner. But 5x20kg squat max just sounds like he isn't trying and stops right away he feels tired or there's something fucked up with his technique. And that he still can do several pull ups sounds just weird.
isnt a bloated stomach a sign of starvation
Or lack of protein, lactose intolerance, or just genetic abdominal obesity.
( i think hes starving)
I think it's malnutrition, not starvation.
What do you mean with malnutrition?
What do you mean with malnutrition?
under-eating
Aight, I'm gonna raise to 2500 calories per day. Fuck fat gains, I want to do SS. :(
under-eating
and eating the wrong foods.
